TESTIMONIALS
“After tasting over dozens of Sichuan restaurants throughout NYC and NJ, this place has got to be one of the best! Luckily, I was able to go on opening day so I decided to get the basic Sichuan dishes to do taste comparisons. The chef did an amazing job making the different sauces for each dish. My favorite was the boiled dumplings in hot chili oil. It has an incredible taste of sweetness and saltiness that isn't over the top. I also recommend getting the Chongqing LaZi Ji. The portion was huge and the chicken was super crispy. Would definitely go back when I'm in NJ!"

This is great Sichuan food ever! We came to place because it is so popular recently. The grilled whole fish is huge and absolutely delicious. My husband and I can't even finish half of it. The taste is so delicious that I haven't feeling this true Sichuan taste since I'm in America. Clear Mung Bean Noodle is also very yummy. This brand new opening restaurant is must go place in Ridgewood.

Was thrown by the reviews but then on Sunday my husband and I walked by and noticed how crowded it was and how many people were enjoying their food. Went in early today it was quiet. But our dinner was delicious. Very very knowledgeable waiter explained all the different sauces. I had mixed Chinese vegetables and fried tofu because it's my go-to dish. It was perfection with lots of bok choy and broccoli. Hubby got the shrimp and walnuts. He devoured it. The best part was the sichuan wontons. The sauce on it was a chili sauce the likes of which I've never had before. Excellent Chinese food here.

One of the best meals I have had! I came with Chinese friends and enjoyed a wide variety of authentic Sichuan entrees! Everything we tried was amazing! Just enough heat and tons of flavor. The Stir-fried shredded potatoes and the Baby Eggplant are a new favorites. The Sliced Ox Tongue and Tripe, as well as the Shredded Pork with Garlic appetizers could both be meals on their own. So delicious! The service was friendly and the portions are generous and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I can't recommend enough! I will be back, as often as I can!

After spending over a year in China this is the first place I have been able to find kindly that has genuine Sichuan food. Been here twice already and will be back again. The staff is friendly the food is delicious and the service is great. Also BYOB which means it is also very cost friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Sichuan dishes

Ok, this place is one of the few authentic Sichuan restaurants in the area. If you love Han Dynasty in the city this is basically the closest thing to it in Bergen. The owners and staff are super friendly. Food is fantastic.
We had the spicy cucumber salad, excellent. Dan dan noodles are excellent.. really fresh noodles. Lamb cumin and spicy chicken is very good. Dumplings are amazing.

Came in during their soft opening for a celebratory dinner. The food was amazing as it was really authentic Szechuan food. (So spicy but so good) Renee was a doll. She patiently explained each dish to us and gave really good recommendations. The fish was really yummy.

Love, love, love this food! Driving here from Brooklyn, that is how much I enjoyed the spicy food. Brought my friends back with me the next time I went. Will be going back!

We were looking for an authentic local place to go to for Szechuan food. I found this place on one of the food blogs I follow and it did not disappoint. Renee, the owner, gave her recommendations for some great dishes. She was extremely friendly and told us about opening the restaurant. For appetizers the four of us shared soup dumplings which were awesome and hard to find in our area of Bergen County that we live in. We also had spicy chicken dumplings and sesame pancakes. Everything was tasty and cooked to perfection without the typical greasiness that most American style Chinese restaurants have. For our entrees, she recommended the braised beef filets in chili sauce which were amazing and spicy, but not super hot "mouth on fire". We also shared the smoked tea duck which was served sliced, with some pieces still on the bone. So good, we didn't care and picked it up with our hands to eat! We also got the whole fish casserole in sichuan chili oil with green peppercorns. Renee personally served us this dish as she explained you really couldn't eat the peppercorns. This came in a huge bowl and we didn't even put a dent in it. Although it was delicous, this dish was my least favorite as it was too much work to pick the bones out as well as the peppercorns. It's so nice to finally have a place to go to get real Chinese food and will definitely be back again!
